This disclaimer applies to everyone/any customer who makes a purchase from www.discofood.com, www.discofood.co.uk, www.discofoodstore.co.uk and any other means including email.

The name DiscoFood is used only for branding and marketing purposes and does not in any way imply that our products are to be used as food or in any way relevant to discotheques. Anyone found to be buying these chemicals for anything other than research purposes will be refused sale and all products sold on this site and not intended for human consumption.

All products will be delivered in sealed bags and labelled with safety info such as product name and ‘Not For Human Consumption’ will be clearly displayed.

Plant Food Research Chemicals are intended for laboratory research purposes only and must never be consumed.

Customer expressly represents and warrants to DiscoFood that Customer will properly test, use and manufacture any products purchased from DiscoFood and/or materials produced with products purchased from DiscoFood in accordance with the practices of a reasonable person who is an expert in the field in laboratory conditions and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and herein after enacted.

Customers must be 18 years or over to make a purchase.

All sales are final. No refunds. No returns.

All product prices are based in UK pounds.

It is your responsibility to check the legality of each product, based on the country your order is to be delivered. We are not responsible if you choose to order a substance from us that is controlled in your own country of delivery.

Payment must be made in full before a purchase will be shipped. No exceptions. Any fees or taxes charged by the payment gateway or payment service must be paid by the customer.

All prices stated are inclusive of VAT.

Credit will be offered only when unforeseen circumstances prevent the timely delivery of the selected product, or on a case by case basis, at our own discretion.

We guarantee the stated purity of our products. A credit or replacement will be offered in the event of any proven quality issues which arise.

We guarantee the quantity of our products. All our products are shipped with a minimum amount of the selected quantity. Any underages greater than 5% will be corrected by us free of charge.

We may deliver products in one or more shipments, or combine multiple orders, at our discretion.

Customers are required to instruct us to ship purchased products to their own address. If it is discovered a customer is ordering on behalf of others, or of they are shipping to an address other than their own we will refuse to sell to that customer in the future.

Unless stated elsewhere on this page, or at the time of ordering, we will attempt to ship all in-stock products within five business days after receipt of payment, usually within 24 hours.

We do not guarantee delivery times. In general, shipping may sometimes take as long as five weeks from date of payment receipt.

We will take adequate measures to secure our product during shipment, but we will not take responsibility for any product which is lost or damaged during transit.

We will not take responsibility for lost shipments confiscated by customs, law enforcement agencies, or other authorities, and we will not refund or replace orders that may have been confiscated.

We are not responsible for any errors in pricing or availability, whether by human error or by an error in our online shopping cart software. We may refuse to honour any purchases made in regards to such errors.

Our products are sold for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the misapplication or misuse of our products on humans, animals or other property.
